The snow blade (Polar version) was developed for the Pistenking PistenBully 600 Polar. But it may also be used with the PistenBully 400.
The kit consists of high-quality, non-rusting materials and thus guarantees a long life span.
All sheet metal parts are made out of aluminum to make the snow blade as light weight as possible. A lot of folded sheet metal parts are used just like at the original. Combined they make a very sturdy equipment from only 0.5mm thick aluminum sheets, which equals the original in toughness and looks.
The snow blade is mounted to the front equipment carrier. This can even be done remote controlled with skilled hands. Then it is fixed to the carrier mechanically using two knurled head screws.
The side blades can be moved mechanically (manually).
