SHOPPING - FAST, CONVENIENT AND SIMPLE
In Pistenking E-shop you can shop around the clock conveniently via the Internet - simply from home. Browse our product categories, and then click the product for which you are interested to get more information. You can also use the input field "Search" to find the products directly. To return to the most recent page, use your browser "back" button.
YOUR SHOPPING CART
On the product detail pages you will find an input field for the amount and a button "Add to cart". First, enter the quantity and then click "Add to Cart" button to save the product on your virtual "shopping list".
Then you can continue shopping and place other products into your cart, or change your order.
From some products we sell different versions: You must first select the desired variant, for example, a certain size or color before you place the product in the cart.
COMFORT IS OUR TOP PRIORITY
International visitors can use the function "Price in other currencies" this displays how much a product costs in there national currency. However, this is only a rule of thumb: The actual calculation will be made at the current exchange rate, and this can deviate from the indicated rates.
With the link "Add to Wish list" you can "reserve" items until your next visit without any obligation, for this function you must have cookies enabled. "Show notes" function you later call the marked products again.
With the link "Recommend this product" you can send friends and acquaintances an email if you have found a product that might interest them. In addition, our shop will open your email software and created a message with a link that the recipient can click directly.
THE ORDER PROCESSING
Click on the option "show shopping cart" if you want to view your current order. You will receive an overview of items you have previously placed in your shopping cart. If you want to change the order quantity subsequently, enter into the "order" the new number and click "Update Totals" button. If you want to completely remove the product from your order, click the Delete icon next to the product. To view details of the products in your shopping cart, click its name in the shopping cart. When your order is complete, click the "Next" button.
SHIPPING AND TYPES OF PAYMENT
In the next window, select the desired shipping method. The shipping costs are added and they will appear here. Select the desired shipping method and click on "Next" to go to the payment methods. There you opt for a method of payment and click again on the "Next" button.

After that, a summary of your order is presented as an overview . Please check again to make sure everything is correct, verify that all items and the quantity is correct and whether you have selected the desired mode of delivery and payment is ok. Here you can also screen our general terms and conditions , you must agree before you can go to the end of the order process by clicking the check boxes. Click on "Next" to complete the order.
YOUR PERSONAL DATA
This opens a window where you can enter your personal data. This window is transmitted encrypted, you accept a small padlock icon at the bottom of the window. Now enter your personal details - mandatory fields we have marked with an asterisk. If you want to specify a different delivery address, you can also do this in this form. If your personal data is stored for your next purchase, select "save address data" function. To use this service you must have cookies enabled in your browser. If all information is complete and accurate, you can complete the order by clicking on OK. You will receive shortly thereafter a confirmation email from us.
